Sentimental Sunday: For Whom The Bell Tolls

Jerry Bell remembers when the bell in the Mill bell tower would ring on Sundays to remind everyone to attend Sunday School and Church Services.

This photo was taken by Homer Rodgers during Goodyear's 55TH Anniversary. The thought had been that the bell had been taken down and stored in an unknown location.

After some deeper investigation, Jerry has reported back: "We had our source double check, and the "bell" is still in the "bell tower" atop the mill structure that remains!"
