Talented Tuesday: History Channel's "American Pickers" and Our Village Connection

What a surprise when one of my Greenfield Ohio Facebook friends posted that his friend, Will, would be featured on tonight's episode of American Pickers on the History Channel!

Seems like the Pickers are scouring the roads of Ohio and have uncovered one of E.L. McClain's Jayne Mansfield hot water bottle dolls, and apparently it is worth darn good money ! E.L. McClain was the founder of our Village and the Mill.

McClain's talent for making his ventures turn to pure gold lives on.

So interesting, as my husband just purchased a Jane Water Bottle this past year. We are from Greenfield and have collected memorabillia for several years.
Sorry we missed the TV show will Willy Brandon as he was a friend of our sons.

  2. Sandra and Drew, the world is indeed small, isn't it? Who would've thought a tiny village in Georgia would have so much in common with Greenfield, Ohio? I've been making some good friendships there. Thanks for saying hello.
